Ready-to-adapt wording
[CURRENT OFFER OR PRODUCT] [The key detail customers need] Available [date or time] Ask our team at [location]
Example wording. Replace the bracketed details before displaying it.
One offer, one clear next step, readable from the shop floor. A TV message works best when someone can understand it while walking past, without stopping to decode a poster full of detail.
Use the examples as a structure for the real offer you intend to show. Replace placeholders with your current product information, terms and prices before publishing the screen.
Choose the main message
Decide whether the screen is announcing an offer, explaining a product or directing someone to a collection point. Give that job the first line.
If several messages compete for attention, prepare separate short pages and deliberately choose the useful one for that part of the day. A single readable message is a better starting point than a dense page of unrelated information.
Add the action and timing
Tell visitors what to do next: ask the team, go to the collection counter or scan a code for details. If timing matters, include the relevant date or end time in wording that the audience can understand.
Check a message containing a price from across the room. The amount should stay beside the correct product, and the smallest important line should still be readable.
Use the format matching the content
Use Text for a short instruction. Use Photos when the content is a prepared product picture or poster image. Use Document for a PDF offer sheet or price list.
Open vuthis.com in the display's browser or its connected computer, connect the phone or laptop controller, choose the content and show it. Update the screen when the offer changes.
Keep the daily check simple
Assign someone to check the opening message and remove expired information. Keep the latest file in a clearly named folder so the next staff member can find it.
For repeated service information, use the [screen-content plan](digital-signage-content-plan.html). The PDF/photo file walkthrough explains showing prepared content from a controller.
